Meet Tucker

With a life-long passion for the sea and an impressive track record in competitive angling, Tucker Ersek has carved a niche for himself in the world of sportfishing. Born and raised on the Florida coast, Tucker has been employed as a freelance fishing mate or captain since he was 11 years old. Instructed by some of the best fisherman at marinas including Ocean Reef Club and Bud N’ Mary’s, Tucker’s passion for fishing has grown into a skyrocketing career.

Tucker has consistently proven his skills in a variety of fishing tournaments and competitions. Within the past year alone, Tucker has accumulated titles including 1st Place Winner Daily and 2nd Place Overall at the Sailfish Classic (Ocean Reef Club), 1st Place at Bonefish Bonnie’s (Ocean Reef Club), and 3rd Place Overall at the 2024 Ocean Reef Cup. He has also fished in major tournaments including The White Marlin Open, The Mid-Atlantic 500, Quest for the Crest, and took 3rd Place Overall at the Jimmy Johnson 2018 Tournament. Additionally, while recently captaining a private charter at Ocean Reef Club, Tucker led a group of anglers to catch an Ocean Reef record of 65 sailfish in one day.
